Located in Midtown, Sacramento, the project consists of 32 three-story townhomes ranging in size from 1,720 to 1,950 square feet on previously vacant and blighted parcels between P, Q, and R Streets on 20th Street. The homes have generously sized and elevated patios for livable outdoor space and to activate the street, with vehicular access to 2-car garages along a shared driveway at the rear. The primary living level on the second floor provides direct access to a large covered outdoor room with views of downtown. Ample natural light and views are provided with large windows that maximize the ceiling heights. The exterior material palette of metal siding, brick veneer, cement plaster, with steel canopies, and accent colors, give a textural rhythm to the facades and cohesiveness to the community across these two City blocks.
