​PENTHOMES AT THE MILL ON BROADWAY

The Penthomes are four buildings each containing 6 condominium units that fulfill the need for an

elevator-served, market-rate, multi-family product in the Mill at Broadway development in Northwest Land Park. Located in a pre-determined location within the site, amongst the other single-family homes, and the existing industrial building, the exterior of the Penthomes was designed with a simple palette of exterior materials – brick veneer to respond to the existing building context, and cement plaster relating to the newly constructed homes – for a clean and contemporary aesthetic. Ground floor garages serve 2 flats on the second and third floors, with 2-story penthouse units at the third level, that have access to a private roof top deck with views of downtown Sacramento.
